Before engaging with the content, I was unsure of what to expect. I felt uncertain about the theories and models, especially because I hadn’t explored them in much depth for quite a while. There was a part of me that wondered if they would resonate or seem overly theoretical without practical relevance.
Now, after having gone through the material, I find myself seeing the potential value in these reflective models. The different frameworks, such as Kolb’s Experiential Learning Cycle and Races ripple mode of learning, have shown me how structured reflection can lead to deeper insights and personal growth. I’m particularly intrigued by how each model encourages not only looking back on experiences but also actively learning from them and applying those lessons moving forward. I feel more confident that these models can enhance both my understanding and my professional practice.
Currently, I’m curious about how I can integrate these models more practically into my daily work. Specifically, I want to explore more about how writing can be a tool for reflection. The act of putting thoughts on paper seems like it could sharpen my critical thinking and make my reflections more structured. I also recognize that I need to read more to fully understand the nuances of each model presented, which will likely deepen my ability to apply them effectively.
